Service Description

This service requires a 50% deposit to start. You will be asked to make a $299 deposit at booking and at the end of the 30 minute consultation you will be asked to pay the remainder of the 50% payment. The new remaining balance will be due before the final product is delivered (as scheduled). We require a credit card be on file to charge the final balance on the agreed upon due date. Your deposit will be refunded ONLY IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND 1) BEFORE THE SCHEDULED 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION OR 2) DURING/BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION CALL HAS ENDED. If you plan to use a Buy Now Pay Later service (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, etc.), we advise you to pay for the service in full at booking to avoid the need to qualify for additional loans later. Your Commitment: 1. Must be an established nonprofit organization. 2. At least one, one-hour via phone/web meeting per week, for up to eight weeks. 3. Designate time and dedication to implement recommendations on a schedule we create together during our first meeting. Package includes a 10-30 page document which may detail: • Your needs assessment process/plan • A target audience description • A Needs Statement • Chart of program details (# of sessions, timeline, methods, rationales, dose, reach, recruitment, retention...) • Evaluation Plan • Performance Measures • Partnership Plan • Data Plan • Communication Plan • Access to our program planning videos and materials, as needed • Reference materials and resources that are relevant to your program/organizational needs. Resulting documentation will be based on client need. Between our scheduled meetings our team will be working behind the scenes to research and gather additional resources that will help ensure your final product is comprehensive, ethical, realistic, and innovative. A minimum of a 50% deposit and a written agreement will be required to start. A minimum of 50% of the remaining balance will be due three days before the delivery of the final product(s). Credit card authorization form must be on file, agreeing to automated payments. The creation of documents not deemed necessary for this package will be the responsibility of the organization. Volcano Consulting, LLC will consult on any new documentation that may need to be created. Payment plans available for services above $1,200.00. All payment plans require a credit card authorization on file.
