What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We would never want you to be unhappy! However, because the PDC offers digital products, we cannot offer refunds for single video rentals (even if several videos are rented at once) or any documents purchased through the PDC.
If you purchased a collection (Module 1, 2, 3) or you purchased all modules at once, and you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first two days after paying for the collection to see if we can remedy the problem. If we can't or you'd rather just have a refund, we will give you a full refund as long as you have made your initial a contact with us within the first two days of paying for the course. This also applies to the purchase of any 12 week subscription course. No refunds will be provided after two days during each month. Ex: You realize you no longer need the course on day two of the first month. Contact us and get a refund for the first month. However, if you cancel on day two of the second month, you will only be refunded the payment for the second month; month one will not be refunded. No refunds will be provided during the last 4 (four) weeks/month of the course(s).
