What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We would never want you to be unhappy! However, because the PDC offers digital products, we cannot offer refunds for single video rentals (even if several videos are rented at once) or any documents purchased through the PDC.
If you purchased a collection (Module 1, 2, or 3) or you purchased all modules at once, and you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 24 hours after paying for the collection to see if we can remedy the problem. If we can't resolve your issue or you'd rather just have a refund, we will give you a full refund as long as you have made your initial contact with us within the first 24 hours of paying for the collection. No refunds will be provided if initial contact is made more than 24 hours from the time of purchase.
Anyone, dissatisfied with their purchase is encouraged to contact us at to attempt to resolve that issue. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your initial written refund request.
