Volcano Consulting, LLC will host a four-part technical assistance series to support organizations preparing an application for the Orange County, Florida Citizens Review Panel grant opportunity. Each session is limited to 30 attendees and will focus on walking participants, step by step, through the required program application template. Participants are expected to have already confirmed their eligibility and fit for the opportunity, attended the February 2026 Fund Distribution Information Session (and obtained their certificate of completion), read the full grant instructions, and created a Neighborly login. Organizations must come prepared with an existing program design, prior year budgets (2024 and 2025), proposed budget figures, and all required documentation, including 990s or bank statements, as applicable. Sessions will cover the Agency Application, the LOI submission, and the Program Application, including required documentation, program design, outreach strategies, staffing plans, organizational history, goals and performance measures, and assistance with budget development including unit rate calculations. All discussions will remain general in nature. Specific, individualized programmatic or budget advice will not be provided. Participants will write their own proposals between sessions based on the guidance provided during the sessions.
