Includes brief description based on your details, and basic visual setup with logo and brand color. *Convert the form link to QR code *Create a short link (makes the link customized for your purposes) Service B: Collect information and payments, Paid or subscription services optional $275 *Setup free or paid version of Google Form, Jotform, or Other Form. Includes brief description based on your details, basic to moderate graphics and visual setup with logo and brand color. This provides more specific brand alignment and more flexibility with colors and graphics. Client must have payment accounts setup. *Setup paid subscription service for QR code and shortened, customized link account. This allows you to track the metrics of the link and QR code. Subscription fees must be paid by client separately. *Flyer design. Discussed on initial consult and two edits allowed. Additional edits at an additional fee.
