    Shipping

    • Please allow 3-5 business days for handling. Average order delivery time: 7-14 days (total for handling and delivery).
    • Orders cut off time for handling period is 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday.

    Returns

    All orders will be sent with a tracking number or ID. No returns/refunds accepted after 96 hours of delivery (according to delivery confirmation/receipt) unless your order is incorrect. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please open your package immediately and inspect your items. Exchange for a different size selection is available however, the customer will be required to pay for shipping costs associated with the return of the original product.
