This service is only available on the last Wednesday of each month.  Tell us where you are getting stuck, where you need more ideas, or if you need some sense of direction. The grant clinic is for problem-solving. Let us help you clean up your program design, or give you pointers for writing your sustainability plan. All related documents must be submitted electronically, via email (no pictures, text messages, handwritten notes, etc.) at least three days prior to clinic. We need to review documents beforehand and request all documents to be sent via email so we can edit them quickly and accurately. Word (or word processing) documents are the highly preferred format for documents written by the attendee. PDF (or similar) is acceptable for grant instructions and other funder documents. We will call and confirm your appointment within three days prior to the scheduled clinic date. Payments are non-refundable unless canceled by Volcano Consulting, LLC although credit may be provided for future clinics or Volcano Consulting, LLC events.​ The grant writing clinic is NOT a grant writing service. It is an "idea tank" for you to ask questions and exchange ideas with a grant writing expert. You will be responsible for all writing in your proposal and for the final ideas submitted in your proposal.
