This brunch and discussion welcomes attendance by those who consider themselves a faith-based leader, or members of a faith-based entity (church, ministry, religious group, non-affiliated, etc.) that are led by or serve primarily people from communities of color , in an effort to mobilize to reduce health disparities in communities of color. This brunch will focus on the relationship between health outcomes and faith leaders in communities of color.

Members from all faith-based settings are invited to register and/or attend.

Registration is required for attendance.
