Service Description

DO NOT purchase without completion of a free 30-minute consultation call. Up to 15 hrs for grant-related tasks may include: *Grant Readiness/Capacity Building *Grant Management *General Consultation Calls (advice, problem-solving, brainstorming, coaching, etc.) *General Consulting to prepare for grant writing. *Grant writing, approximately 10-15 hours (typically 3-5 pages; short online applications, foundation, or state grants/contracts)^ *Grant editing, typically, 8-10 hours *Grant finding, typically 10-12 hours *Grant fit 2-5 hours (reviewing RFP requirements to determine organizational, eligibility, fit or capacity) *Letters of support (1-2 pages), typically 2-8 hours and dependent on requirements) *Letters of intent (1-2 pages), typically 2-8 hours and dependent on requirements) *Grant related conference calls or webinars (subject to availability) *Unlimited email consultation (ask a new or unrelated question) Service includes up to the designated hours of service each month only. Choose how you use the hours for grant-related services within one month. Large projects such as federal grants not included. Hours not utilized within one calendar month (e.g. April 1st to April 31st) DO NOT rollover. One month's advanced payment required. Separate written agreement required. Minimum 3-month commitment required. Recurring card payment agreement required. All payments due and charged by the 1st of each month. No prorations for partial months of service. All hours over the allotted number of hours in the package will be billed at rate included in the separate written agreement. ^Subject to the availability of grants suitable for your organization. What is considered a large project? Examples of large projects include projects which: *The RFP or Instructions exceed 10 pages *The maximum number of pages for your response to the RFP exceeds 5-10 pages *The funder represents a state or federal fund. These funds may be administered locally but represent state or federal funds or are subject to federal guidelines and requirements. *Any federal RFP or opportunity

Cancellation Policy

All appointments are subject to availability. Bookings that require a completed questionnaire are not considered confirmed without the completion of the related questionnaire. Please be sure to use the link at the end of your questionnaire to complete your booking. Although we strive to always keep your original booking, we reserve the right to reschedule bookings made via www.volcanoconsulting.com. In such a case, we will work with you to reschedule during a time that works for you.
