-Decisions regarding Letters of Inquiry to the Trust can take up to six weeks and decisions regarding proposals can take between three and five months.
-The Trust only makes grants to tax-exempt organizations that qualify as public charities, that are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
-Initial grants are typically one year in duration.
-The Trust may occasionally consider three-year grant requests.
Three-year grants acknowledge the grantee organization�s well-articulated, compelling vision and long-term plan for its programs, and its strong alignment with the Trust�s priorities.
